High-pressure cleaning machine common fault repair and elimination

4. Check whether the water seal is damaged, wear, resulting in water seal wear factors mainly include: normal use wear, poor water quality resulting in wear, long-term water shortage operation or off the gun for too long (usually off the gun often 30 minutes) resulting in high temperature episodes of wear, at this moment need to be replaced.

5. Check whether the high pressure nozzle wear, such as wear more serious replacement of high pressure nozzle can be. The high pressure nozzle of small pressure equipment is difficult to ensure.

6. Check the regulator and high-pressure pump internal seals, such as the regulator internal O-ring wear, spring and seat surface wear, the pump internal O-ring wear, water seal damage, check valve damage, or by foreign objects pad up.

7. Lack of water supply, to check whether the water level of the tank is too low, whether the inlet pipe has been exposed to the water surface and whether the inlet pipe is leaking. Need to add water or replace the new water inlet pipe, such as non-self-priming pumps to see if the water pressure is normal and whether the water flow to meet the pump's needs.

8. High pressure pipe, filter device kinked, bent or damaged, resulting in poor water flow, resulting in insufficient water pressure, should be repaired in time.

9. High and low pressure water seal and inlet and outlet check valve leakage phenomenon resulting in lower working pressure, should be promptly replaced these accessories.

10. Cean the inlet filter has air, drain politely to ensure that the output of standard water pressure.
