Working principle

Regulator can be basically said to be a pressure reducing valve, the working principle of pressure reducing valve is as follows: high pressure medium through a small hole filled to a relatively large cavity to achieve pressure reduction, in fact, by interception of pressure reduction, diaphragm or piston on both sides is the outlet mouth, one side is artificially given pressure, and control the size of the small hole stem and diaphragm (piston) is connected, so that as long as a fixed pressure is given, then the outlet mouth pressure will be always equal to this pressure, this think given pressure can have a spring or gas or hydraulic source to provide.
Classified by use and role, main parameters, pressure, medium working temperature, special purpose (i.e., special, dedicated valves), drive energy, structure, etc. The most common classification method is to divide the regulating valve into nine major categories by structure, six for straight stroke and three for angular stroke.

The regulator mainly controls the fixed outlet pressure of the main valve, and the outlet pressure of the main valve does not change due to the change of the inlet pressure, and does not change its outlet pressure due to the change of the outlet flow of the main valve, which has the effect of improving the operating conditions of the system and potential water saving, according to statistics, its water saving effect is about 30%. Applicable to a variety of pump manufacturing, industrial water supply, fire water supply and domestic water pipeline network system. Widely used in high-rise buildings, urban water supply network water pressure too high areas, mines and other fields to ensure that the water supply system in each water point to get the appropriate service water pressure and flow.
